The terms for using AcePharm.

These terms explain account responsibilities, subscriptions, acceptable use, educational limitations and how AcePharm content may be used.

Educational disclaimer: AcePharm is an educational resource. It does not provide patient-specific medical advice and does not replace official guidance, university teaching, professional supervision, clinical judgement or local policies.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on their monthly anniversary; yearly subscriptions renew annually. You can cancel at any time via your account settings. Access persists until the end of your prepaid billing period.

2. Intellectual Property

All questions, clinical vignettes, rationales, calculations, and software algorithms are the proprietary property of AcePharm. Content may not be scraped, redistributed, or reproduced without written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

AcePharm accounts are for individual, personal study. You agree not to share your login credentials, resell or redistribute question content, use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract material, or attempt to circumvent subscription limits or rate controls. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.
