AI Use Policy

How AcePharm uses AI.

This policy explains what Ace can and cannot do, what content it draws on, what is logged, and how to report a response you believe is wrong.

1. Grounding & Scope

Ace is engineered strictly as an educational study assistant. It retrieves verified subtopic notes and rationales authored and reviewed by human pharmacists. Ace cannot provide patient-specific medical advice or prescribe treatments.

2. Mandatory Citations

Every response delivered by Ace includes citations to the underlying UK guidelines, BNF entries, or curriculum notes from which the answer was composed.

3. Reporting an AI Output

If you believe an Ace explanation is misleading or contradicts current guidance, use the 'Report a Question' link in the active session player to trigger an immediate editorial audit.
